A Quality Professional for more than 18 years, Carol has a clinical background in critical care, obstetrics, and Nursing Administration. She is currently the Safety, Quality and Patient Experience Director at Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital in Canton, Ohio. Carol is a graduate of the former Massillon Community Hospital School of Nursing. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Malone University and her Master of Science in Nursing Administration from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine. Carol has held the distinction of Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) since 2017.
