Andrea Bartlett is a healthcare professional of over 20 years with extensive clinical, operational and managerial experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from The University of Akron and an MBA from Kent State University. Her clinical background includes service in medical, surgical, cardiovascular, neuro-stroke and neurosurgery ICUs, as well as serving as clinical operations director of an outpatient neurosurgery and Gamma Knife center.
She joined the Cleveland Clinic in 2017 in her current role, where she oversees the regulatory affairs of five regional hospitals and their associated outpatient facilities, ensuring survey readiness and the sustainment of national and organizational quality and safety goals. She holds accreditation certifications regarding Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and Physical Environment. Andrea remains focused on promoting excellence in healthcare services and contributing to the overall improvement of patient outcomes through the effective accreditation and regulatory preparedness.
