Sr. Director, Safety and Reliability – Cleveland Clinic
Ms. Larson has 25+ years of experience in leading and implementing all aspects of Patient Safety Programs; Risk, Claims, and Insurance Management; as well as Quality and Performance Improvement. In addition, she has worked as an Adjunct Professor for FIU in Miami, teaching master’s level healthcare leaders from South America about building a safety culture through the integration of the Quality, Safety and Risk Management teams. She has used her experience and knowledge to build a Culture of Patient Safety and develop a strategy to move the Cleveland Clinic organization towards becoming a High Reliability Organization in her current role as Sr. Director, Safety and Reliability.
